I’m Julie — a certified Reiki practitioner dedicated to restoring balance, peace, and vitality through energy healing. My journey into Reiki is deeply rooted in both ancient wisdom and personal transformation, guided by my Indian heritage and a lifelong connection to spiritual practices.
I am a 6th generation Reiki Master from the lineage of Master Mikao Usui, the discoverer and father of Reiki. I received my training from the John Harvey Gray Center for Reiki Healing, one of the most respected and unbroken Reiki lineages in the United States. The lineage traces from the first reiki teacher Master Mikao Usui in the early 1900s to Master Chujiro Hayashi to Hawayo Takata to John Harvey Gray and Lourdes Gray to me.
The name Sage Lotus Reiki embodies this vision. The lotus represents beauty, purity, and rebirth — rising from the mud to bloom — while sage symbolizes both the healing plant and sacred purification rituals. Together, they reflect my belief in clearing energetic blockages and inviting deep renewal.
